Return Policy:

GIFT CARD/VOUCHER RULES

VALIDITY PERIOD: 12 months from the date of purchase.

GIFT CARD VALUE: based on the purchase amount indicated on the website, with an accuracy of €0.01.

PAYMENT: cash, bank card, or prepayment by bank transfer.

INSURANCE: a gift card cannot be used outside the DE LEGENDS BARBERSHOP, cannot be used for products or newly purchased cards but can only be used for the specific service of purchase.

REFUNDS: The card is not refundable or exchangeable.

PAYMENT WITH A GIFT CARD: you can pay with a gift card more than once, using part of its amount. If the purchase amount is higher, you can pay with your own money, if it is lower, the balance remains for other purchases.

CARD EXTENSION:  A period not longer than 12 months from the date of sale of the gift card or voucher. 

VAT INVOICE: When purchasing gift cards, a VAT invoice is not issued. At the buyer's request, an invoice of a prescribed form can be issued at the point of sale of gift cards, which formalizes the transfer of gift cards. Such an invoice can be submitted to the Buyer only to the specified e-mail address. postal address. We can issue VAT invoices no later than the 5th of the following month. For example, if the purchase was made on 2023 January 20, we can issue a VAT invoice until 2024. February 5 (inclusive).

UPGRADE THE GIFT CARD: it can be upgraded if it is not yet used or partially used, valid, and identifiable. An exchange fee of €1.45 applies.
